He has been associated with the Electrical Industry and has held senior positions with a number of organizations, last being Chairman & Managing Director of Crompton Greaves Limited. He is also the past president of AIMA, ASSOCHAM, IEEMA, Bombay Chamber of Commerce Industry & CII (Western Region). Currently he is the Chairman of Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, a deemed University as well as Member, Board of Governors, IIM, Indore. |

Prior to joining Fontus Water, he was managing national sales and marketing at Pentair Corporation, a multinational water corporation. In his role as Chief Operating Officer for Fontus Water, he brings in strong knowledge of the industry and new technologies. Mr. Subramaniam is also the Editor of EverythingAboutWater magazine, India’s first & only monthly magazine on water & wastewater and comments regularly on the latest developments and trends in this field. He has represented the Indian water industry at numerous international conferences and events. |
